Frequently asked questions
We will confirm our call-out charge before we travel.
Our engineers cover the whole of Cumbria daily. We will give you an arrival time when you book.
Often, yes. A surprising number of call-outs turn out to be a tripped supply, a blocked condenser or a door left ajar, and we will happily check those with you first.
No. Faults need to be diagnosed on site by an engineer. Call us to book a visit. Customers on a service contract get priority.
If the temperature is climbing and you cannot get it back down, move what you can into another unit. We would rather you saved the stock than waited for us.
